Shipping Policy (EU Dropshipping Store)

We operate a dropshipping model, meaning products are shipped directly from our suppliers and/or fulfillment partners. This allows us to offer a wide range of products and competitive pricing.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, it is forwarded to our supplier for shipment.


During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing times may extend slightly.

3. Delivery Times


Estimated delivery times depend on your location and supplier warehouse:


- European Union: 5–12 business days

- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

- International orders: 7–20 business days

But someproducts take more time for shipping  that depends on supplierwarehouse

4. Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination, product type, and supplier location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details (when available).

Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear in the carrier system.

6. Multiple Shipments


As we work with multiple suppliers and warehouses, your order may be shipped in separate packages. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

7. Customs, VAT & Import Charges


For orders shipped within the European Union, VAT is included where applicable under EU regulations (OSS/IOSS system where used).


For international shipments (outside the EU), additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
